Description
Aromatic Oud starts the way a cold morning does. Bergamot and mint come first, bracing and a bit sharp, with lavender underneath to stop the citrus going thin. This is the loudest the perfume ever gets, and it doesn’t last. Give it twenty minutes.
Then it settles. Geranium carries the middle, green and faintly rosy, with a thread of warm spice running through it. The florals here are quiet on purpose. They bridge the opening and what comes next.
The base is the reason to buy the bottle. Oud, patchouli, amber, musk. Dark and resinous, sweetened by the amber, warmed by the musk into something that smells less like a perfume and more like skin. Hours after the mint has gone, this is what people around you are actually smelling.
Wear it in cold weather. Wear it at night. It’s built for the people standing close to you, not the room. One spray on each wrist is usually enough, two on the chest if you’re going somewhere.
