At Qari Fragrances, we strive to ensure that your orders are packed securely and delivered to your doorstep in a timely and safe manner across Pakistan. Please review our shipping terms and delivery procedures below.

1. Delivery Coverage & Courier Partners

We deliver to all major cities, towns, and serviceable postal codes across Pakistan.
All shipments are dispatched through established and reliable domestic courier partners (including TCS, Leopards Courier, Trax, Call Courier, and M&P).

2. Order Processing & Verification

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed, securely packaged, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours following confirmation.
Order Verification:
- Prepaid Orders (Easypaisa / Debit Card): Processed immediately upon successful transaction confirmation.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: May require a quick phone call or WhatsApp message confirmation prior to dispatch to prevent fake or undeliverable bookings.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, expected transit times are:

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad): 2 to 4 business days.
Other Cities & Regional Towns: 3 to 6 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally experience slight delays due to national/public holidays, extreme weather events, or unexpected courier network disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before order finalization.
Any promotional Free Shipping offers will be automatically applied at checkout when active on the website.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier service, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing your Courier Tracking Number and a direct tracking link.
You can track the progress of your shipment in real time using the courier’s online tracking portal.

6. Delivery Address & Receipt

Please ensure that your complete shipping address (including house/street number, landmark, and area) and an active, reachable mobile number are provided at checkout.
The courier rider will attempt delivery up to two times. If the recipient is unavailable or unreachable via phone, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. Re-dispatching returned parcels may incur additional delivery charges.

7. Damaged or Leaking Parcels

Fragrance bottles are fragile, so we take extra care with bubble wrap and sturdy box packaging.

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, crushed, or leaking at the time of delivery, please take clear photos or an unboxing video immediately.
Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package with your order number and media evidence so we can arrange an exchange under our [Return & Exchange Policy].
