Fragrance Descriptions: We make every effort to display the scent notes, bottle sizes, and descriptions of our products as accurately as possible. However, fragrance perception (longevity, projection, personal skin chemistry reaction, and notes) is inherently subjective.
Packaging & Visuals: Product photography is illustrative. Actual packaging, atomizers, cap finishes, or box designs may experience minor enhancements or batch variations without prior notice.
Availability: All items are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the sale of any product or service at any time.

3. Pricing & Billing Accuracy

Currency: All prices listed on qarifragrances.com are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Shipping Fees: Delivery and courier charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before order finalization.
Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to raw material costs, currency fluctuations, or logistics adjustments.
Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Qari Fragrances reserves the right to cancel or adjust any orders placed for that item, even if the order was confirmed. Any prepaid amount will be credited or resolved promptly.

4. Orders, Payment & Verification

Order Placement: When you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it confirms receipt of your request.
Payment Methods: We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (available across serviceable cities in Pakistan).
- Digital Online Payments: Secure checkout via Easypaisa wallet, debit/credit cards, and banking channels.
Payment Processing: Digital payments are processed securely through SBP-compliant, third-party payment gateways (e.g., Easypaisa). We do not store or capture your banking credentials or PINs.
Verification & Fraud Prevention: To protect against non-deliveries and fake bookings, Cash on Delivery orders may require mandatory phone or WhatsApp verification. If an order remains unverified after reasonable contact attempts, we reserve the right to cancel it.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Parcels are delivered via reputable courier partners (e.g., TCS, Leopards, Trax, Call Courier).
Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination city and courier routing.
Delays caused by public holidays, extreme weather, courier network disruptions, or law-and-order events are outside our direct control, though our team will assist in tracking and expediting where possible.
Customers must ensure that accurate delivery addresses and reachable phone numbers are provided. Extra delivery charges due to wrong addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: You may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed and handed over to the courier by contacting our support team at miafaisal@qarifragrances.com.
After Dispatch: Once a parcel is assigned a courier tracking number and has left our facility, the order cannot be cancelled and falls under our standard exchange rules.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our standalone [Return & Exchange Policy].
Due to hygiene, personal care standards, and the delicate nature of perfumery, we operate a strict exchange-only policy. We do not issue cash or bank refunds once products have been delivered.
Exchanges are strictly entertained for verified defects, courier breakage, or incorrect dispatches reported within 7 days of delivery.

Fragrances contain essential oils and fragrance compounds. Customers with known dermatological sensitivities or allergies should perform a patch test prior to full application. Qari Fragrances is not liable for individual skin reactions.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
